Hey Mama!
First of all, I want you to know that you are not alone in this journey of detoxing your home and improving your health.
I know what it’s like to feel OVERWHELMED when it comes to making choices for the health and safety of your family. For years, I found myself worrying about the toxins lurking in everyday products—products that I thought were harmless and were often “doctor-approved”. These products were actually affecting my children’s health and well-being. Check out our favorite essential oils we love.
As a mother of four, I’ve spent the past 10 years researching and slowly making changes in our home to create a safer, more natural environment for my family. I want you to know that you DON’T have to do it all at once. There is a better way, and it’s within reach!
One of the best decisions I made was switching to natural and chemical-free cleaning products, purifying the air in our home, eating WHOLE FOODs, using essential oils, taking clinical-grade supplements, and so much more.
Simple ingredients like vinegar, baking soda, and essential oils help keep my home clean and safe—without harmful chemicals in store-bought cleaners. We began shopping from LOCAL FARMS and I now know exactly what goes into the food and products I use. I know that I can trust that they are safe for my children and the environment.
I know that making these changes can feel daunting at first, but I’m here to tell you—it’s worth it! You don’t have to completely overhaul everything overnight. Start small: maybe swap out one toxic cleaner for a plant-based one, or try incorporating essential oils into your wellness routine. Every little step you take toward removing harmful chemicals from your home is a step toward better health for you and your children.
Please know that you can make a difference in the health and safety of your family by choosing natural, non-toxic options. It may take time, but the peace of mind and health benefits you’ll gain along the way will be more than worth it.
