About the Event
The Crawford County Ohio Farm Hop will take place on April 25th, 2026, and will bring together farmers, producers, and consumers for a day of hands-on experiences, educational opportunities, and community building. Participants will visit our local farms, learn about sustainable farming practices, and support the hardworking individuals who grow the food and products we rely on. This event not only highlights the rich agricultural heritage of Crawford County but also fosters important connections between local farmers and the greater community.
We anticipate 200-300 attendees for this fourth Farm Hop event across Crawford County.

Who typically attends?
A typical customer profile includes parents of young and grown children who are health-conscious and seeking local options to source their high-quality food and products.
To ensure the event’s success, we are seeking sponsorship from businesses like yours. We offer a variety of sponsorship levels, each providing unique opportunities for visibility and engagement with attendees.
How will my funds be used?
Your support will help fund event logistics, marketing, and activities, while also showcasing your commitment to supporting local agriculture and our vibrant rural economy.
Sponsorship Levels
- SPROUT: ($50) Your business listed in the digital Welcome Guide available to all attendees
- HARVEST: ($100) SPROUT+ highlighting your business in our biweekly newsletter, QUARTER PAGE ad in the Welcome Guide + display a banner at a participating farm location during the event.
- SUNRISE: ($200) HARVEST + HALF PAGE ad in the Welcome Guide.
- PLOW: ($500) SUNRISE + FULL PAGE ad in the Welcome Guide.

**Additionally, we are happy to work with you to customize a sponsorship package that best aligns with your marketing goals and community engagement objectives.
For all of our sponsors we welcome you to offer business cards, brochures, merch, special discounts (10% off your next purchase), etc. for placement in attendees bags. Attendees will receive this at the start of their Farm Hop experience. We would love to offer you to place an agriculture-related display at any of our participating farms, too.
